  • Redesign of GMP cleaning process and introduction of new modern cleaning materials.   Net permanent annual savings - $420K. This project allowed to reduce the environmental impact and achieve lower level of chemical consumption 
  • Implementation of new procurement initiatives and creation of a vendor management strategy for a fintech startup that led to a 15% cost reduction
  • Implementation of a long-term multi-million dollar integrated facilities management programs (IFM) with strategic IFM partners
