Management of strategic Integrated Facilities Vendors across multiple locations
Experience of working with direct and indirect MRO suppliers, contract research organizations, clinical laboratories, clinical research recruiting and staffing organizations, GMP/non-GMP cleaning service suppliers, waste management suppliers (including hazardous and regulated waste)

Responsibility for sourcing activities across multiple locations, including equipment, services, and CAPEX projects Supervision of service delivery processes, contract governance and administration of post-award contracts related activities Initiation and execution of continuous improvements followed by monitoring of post-implementation outcomes
Implementation of costs control processes and procedures, developed budgets
Development, negotiation, and implementation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure service quality and efficiency
Collaboration with global and local procurement teams to negotiate Statements of Work (SOW), Master Service Agreements (MSA), and standard contractual clauses
Management of ad-hoc project teams and coordination of cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes
Hosted internal auditors and managed audit response teams during internal audits
Supported management teams and shareholders of start-up ventures during the vendor identification and vendor selection process
Developed business cases including scope design and negotiation of MSA and SOW

Some of these include developing continuous improvements and savings programs, allowing my team to remain budget neutral during chanlaning market situation, implementing new initiatives and creating a vendor management strategy for a fintech startup that led to a 15% cost reduction.
I have a Bachelor's degree in International Finance and Business administration from the Belarusian State Economic University, Minsk and Certificate “Supply Chain and Logistics Fundamentals” from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology
